Designed to encourage lean-manufacturing principles, organization and cleanliness, 5S helps reduce downtime and redundancies.

CIT

Made up of members from various areas of the facility, the Continuous Improvement Teams determine the root-cause of concerns and take ownership for the implementation of improvement plans.

The Perfect Attendance Award recognizes Team Members who come to work every day throughout the month.

The Group Safety Awards recognize departments that maintain zero injuries and consistent safety performance, which is reflected on the supervisor safety scorecard.
